Kelly House was a building that had had its day. In real estate parlance, this building had ‘good bones’ and was in a ‘prime location’ within the campus.
Our brief was to revitalise the appearance and usefulness of Kelly House on a small budget. Maximum effect was achieved through a clever combination of low cost façade materials including maximising the natural light transfer with louvres. The result is Kelly House now functions constructively and provides a more pleasant visual aspect amid the school campus.
